It was only natural for the German investment company Allianz to buy the Polish club Górnik Zabrze in 2006.
Now the Norwegian midfielder Sondre Liseth, who let his contract with Haugesund expire, will be reinforced.
The Polish club writes on their pages that Sonde Liseth is the first Norwegian in Górnik!
“I learned the meaning of the word Górnik and I understand that fans here appreciate people who work hard. Those who show that they care. I feel like I’m just that kind of player,” says the new Tricolor player.
Liseth has signed a contract until December 31, 2025, but the club states that there is an option for an extension in the contract.
Liseth scored seven goals in 60 games during his time at Haugesund. Last season, there were two goals in 22 games in the Eliteserien.
Previously, he has played in Mjøndalen and Nest-Sotra.
