Scotland international Scott McTominay was surprisingly not brought away from Old Trafford this summer. Newcastle United, West Ham United and Fulham who are all said to be eager to sign him.
McTominay got his first Premier League start of the season in Saturday’s match Brighton & Hove Albion. – It was probably not a particularly pleasant experience.

The 26-year-old played 85 minutes of what turned out to be a 3-1 loss for the Red Devils. “Regardless of the loss, it will be difficult for Scott McTominay to be part of the first eleven. – Sofyan Amrabat will soon be fit to strengthen the midfield, while Mason Mount is also close to returning from injury. Bayern have identified McTominay as an alternative to Joao Palhinha, who has signed a contract extension at Fulham.

The German giants are said to be determined to sign a defensive midfielder at the start of 2024, and McTominay could be available for a relatively cheap sum.

The midfielder has made 212 appearances for Man United in all competitions, contributing 19 goals and five assists in the process.
