85 million euros for a twenty-something. We hardly react to sums like this anymore in the crazy world of football, but since this transfer happened back in 2021, this was an astronomical sum to sign a single player. Manchester United management closed their eyes and paid what Borussia Dortmund knew they could squeeze out of the Premier League giant. Now, five chaotic chapters with Jadon Sancho as a United player are finally over.
Sancho will be left with 83 appearances, the last at the end of August 2024 with a brief appearance against Manchester City in the Community Shield.

Jadon Sancho finished at Manchester United
Manchester United fans won’t miss the winger, Sancho represents the period from Solskjaer’s “fall”, to self-proclaimed football professor Ralf Rangnick, then some unengaging seasons with Erik ten Hag – before Ruben Amorim took over and dug the club even deeper.
In his final season under contract at Manchester United, Sancho played 39 games on loan at Aston Villa.
We wish Sancho the best of luck on his journey.
