Elliot Anderson, Sandro Tonali. Two Premier League players who are expected to reach over £100 million in transfer fees this summer. It has taken off completely on the ball island, where last summer’s record transfer of 125 million pounds for Alexander Isak will be broken. Arsenal have their own race, where Morgan Roger will be brought to the Emirates. Here it is predicted that the reigning Premier League champions will have to go further than anyone before to succeed.
Morgan Rogers was one of the most exciting attacking players in the Premier League last season. Aston Villa manager Unai Emery pushed the attacking midfielder into what was an attacking position. Here, Emery harnessed the 23-year-old’s explosive power, creativity and finishing. This gave Aston Villa 10 Premier League goals from Morgan and the raw 4th place in the world’s toughest league.

TEAMtalk’s “insider”, Graeme Bailey, reported in early June that Arsenal have intensified their search for Rogers’ signature, with Arteta and sporting director Berta seeing the former Middlesbrough player as a major upgrade on the left side of the Arsenal attack, while adding the unpredictability and match-winning quality that was lacking at times last season.
According to transfer journalist Nicolo Schira, Arsenal have now reached an agreement in principle with Rogers on a contract until the summer of 2031. The London side are now ready to start talks with Aston Villa. English journalist Ben Jacobs sums up: Rogers is Arsenal’s top target, the 23-year-old wants the transfer, a bid is expected from the London club shortly. Aston Villa do not bother to look at bids under £100 million, it is reported.

Former Aston Villa scout believes Aston Villa will push Arsenal to a new record, if the reigning Premier League champions have locked in on a Rogers transfer.
-I think Rogers would have broken the record. I think Rogers would cost more than [Alexander] Isak did if he were to go to Arsenal. And if I were Villa, I certainly wouldn’t be interested in anything under £125 million. Will Villa now take the next step and say to Arsenal: ‘you want Rogers? £150 million or £125 million or £130 million plus one player,” former Villa scout Bryan King told Football Insider.
