The Austrian Grand Prix was perfect for Max Verstappen. He showed his form already on Friday, taking first place in qualifying. It only got better after that. Verstappen won the Austrian Grand Prix.

Max Verstappen once again started from pole position and was second to none. Verstappen won the Austrian Grand Prix.

Verstappen wins again in Austria and Perez returns to the podium. Verstappen won both qualifying and the sprint as well as the main race. Verstappen drove most of the race alone, as he left everyone behind on lap 35. It was then that he regained the first place and gained a 23 seconds advantage over Leclerc.

Verstappen’s teammate Checo Perez also did well in the race in Austria. Checo Perez had an unlucky start as he started 15th in qualifying due to track limitations but managed to finish on the podium finishing third behind Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc. On lap 62, Perez managed to snatch third place from Carlos Sainz after a fight on lap 62 where the Spaniard fought back and helped Leclerc away, although he complained on the radio about alleged bullying from the Mexican.
