Wow! – The time for Tottenham to save money is clearly over, two 17th places in the Premier League have kicked off an impressive willingness to spend money.
Tottenham Hotspur’s management are now convinced that they can hijack Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi this summer – and the player himself is said to be eager to join.

Spurs have already secured six new signings this summer, with the most recent additions Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali – a combined cost of a staggering £185 million. The ambitions show no signs of slowing down.
The defence and midfield look much stronger ahead of next season, but now the attack can also get a boost. The north Londoners are still in talks with Manchester City over a deal for left winger Savinho – after failing to sign him 12 months ago.
Tottenham are also considering other options on the flank. The club has been linked with West Ham’s Crysencio Summerville, and during negotiations for Fernandes, they were offered Rafael Leão from AC Milan by agent Jorge Mendes.
Richarlison on his way out – Kroupi in?
Spurs are also considering signing a new striker, as Richarlison’s future is uncertain. The Brazilian has long been linked away from the club, and now Tottenham seem ready to strike at the south coast.
Kroupi, at just 20 years old, had a formidable debut season in the Premier League with 13 goals in 33 appearances for Bournemouth – who qualified for the Europa League. The Cherries are desperate to keep him for their first ever European season.
However, according to a leading Tottenham source on X, the Spurs management are confident that they can complete a deal for the youngster as early as this window.
The source also claims that Tottenham have already arranged meetings with the Frenchman’s representatives in the near future – despite Bournemouth demanding at least £90 million to release him.
And most importantly: Kroupi himself is said to be open to a move to Spurs, after previous talks between the parties back in March.
Rashford also on the radar
Tottenham’s ambitions don’t stop with Kroupi. The club is also targeting Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford, believing he can cover both the left wing and striker positions.
The England international has been described as “one of the world’s best players at his best” by teammate Anthony Gordon – and after years at United and a loan spell at Barcelona last season, it’s hard to disagree.
Rashford is said to prefer a permanent move abroad after his Barca stay, but if he stays in England, Tottenham will be right at the front of the queue.
One thing is for sure: Tottenham’s summer is far from over.
