Thomas Tuchel is in his tenure as England national team manager, the World Cup qualifier against Latvia was won without much difficulty. Although some Englishmen were sceptical about bringing in a foreigner to lead the Three Lions, this has turned into optimism. Players like Harry Kane praise Tuchel, the positive energy spreads on the ball island. Bayern Munich legend Philipp Lahm warns the English not to rejoice too soon.
Tuchel has had coaching jobs at Borussia Dortmund, PSG, Chelsea and most recently Bayern. Lahm believes there is a disturbing common denominator.

“No matter where he trains, tension arises at some point. Except at Mainz, Tuchel has never been at a club for more than three years. His tendency to start conflicts – even in public – can be harmful. Often things don’t end well for him, and when he fails, it’s never because of tactics, but more human relationships,” writes Philipp Lahm in an op-ed in The Athletic.

“His biggest problem at Bayern was nothing sporting, but the lack of cooperation with leading players like Thomas Müller and Leon Goretzka, and the chemistry with Harry Kane was probably not perfect either,” Lahm warned.
