Arne Slot is history at Anfield. So are Mo Salah and Andy Robertson. So far the signing of Spanish star Victor Munoz for 40 million euros is in place, now they are aiming for three signings that will help shape Iraola’s Liverpool.
The Liverpool Echo reports the Reds are going all in to sign World Cup star Yan Diomande, and have set aside a huge sum to persuade RB Leipzig to sell the 19-year-old. Lille’s Bouaddi is another signing target, who also shows up in the World Cup.

The 18-year-old Bouaddi has already proven to be one of Ligue 1’s most talented midfielders, in the World Cup the central midfielder is building on this for Morocco. The Daily Mail’s Liverpool correspondent, Lewis Steele, reports Liverpool “definitely like him”, the player at up to 70 million euros.
“I think it’s clear that they like him, but it’s also clear that there’s a lot of competition for his signature,” Steele told Anfield Index when asked about Bouaddi and Liverpool.
“Liverpool are unsure if he will be a priority in a summer where they have to do so much else. So, at the moment, Liverpool doesn’t seem to be at the top of the list for him. We say that they are “in the driver’s seat” for Diomande, while they are “a little further back in the car” for Bouaddi. It’s definitely right to say that they like him, so let’s see if they do the extra or if they get beaten in that game.”

There were two, then to a player chosen by Andoni Iraola. According to Anfield Index , the new Liverpool manager has placed an order for Andrei Ratiu from his former club Rayo Vallecano. Liverpool are said to be ready to follow up on Iraola’s demands by signing Ratiu, it is reported. They can activate his buyout clause of 25 million euros, or offer a lower sum of 20 million euros. Iraola sees the Romanian right-back as a “perfect match” for his system.
Bringing in Ratiu would help end Liverpool’s problems at right-back. Both Jeremie Frimpong and Conor Bradley had injury-plagued seasons in 2025-26, forcing midfielders such as Dominik Szoboszlai and Curtis Jones to be used there.
