Mason Greenwood has proven his class on the football pitch once again. There will be no return to English football, although the former Manchester United player has been linked to Tottenham this month after his former Marseille coach took the Spurs job. Neither will Süper Lig and Fenerbahce sign the 24-year-old, Italian media reports. An agreement must be in place in “the eternal city”.
Fenerbahce are in the process of voting for a new club president, where one of the candidates waved “We have signed a four-year deal with Mason Greenwood”. According to Corriere dello Sport , Roma and Greenwood are in agreement.

The Italian media claims Roma and Greenwood have now agreed on the personal terms of a contract, now negotiations between the Serie A club and Marseille await. Roma will make a clear bid of around 40 million euros, while the Marseille management has ten million euros higher as expectations, reports the Italian media.
Roma can offer Greenwood a Champions League ticket, with their third-place finish in Serie A this season. Coach Gian Piero Gasperini is said to have pushed for the right winger with an impressive 48 goals, 17 assists and 81 appearances in the Marseille shirt.
