The offers for Pascal Struijk are pouring in and it’s impossible to say how high it can go. Leeds, who are currently visiting Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the FA Cup (semi-finals), have managed to climb away from the relegation zone in the Premier League after a good few weeks.

Manager Daniel Farke, who no longer looks towards the exit door because he has been given more power, will stop all offers Leeds United receive for Pascal Struijk’s services this summer. The Dutch centre-back is simply too important to pass up.

Pascal Struijk joined Leeds’ youth venture from Ajax over six years ago. Transfermarkt believes his value is worth €22 million. Neither Leeds nor his many stakeholders agree with that.

Struijk has been crucial for Leeds in recent seasons – and has now really proven that he is up to scratch as a Premier League stopper. The 26-year-old is approaching the final year of his contract at Elland Road, and clubs such as Aston Villa, Newcastle and Tottenham have all been linked with a transfer.

Farke makes Struijk a top priority

Pete O’Rourke said in the latest edition of Football Insider’s “Transfer Insider” podcast, Leeds boss Farke will make keeping Struijk a top priority. And with the team’s strong form of late, survival in the Premier League looks increasingly likely – perhaps as early as next weekend.

Leeds’ transfer plans will be kicked off as soon as the PL place is 100% secured for another year.

Leeds don’t want to lose Struijk – but PL clubs are circling

Recent reports claim that Aston Villa are planning to bid for Struijk in the summer, while also chasing defensive depth ahead of a likely Champions League return. But Leeds don’t just want to let him go.

The Dutch international himself is fully focused on the task at Leeds right now – with a big FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea this weekend. (Is after 51 minutes down 1 – 0)

Struijk’s 2025/26 season in numbers (before today’s FA Cup):

  • Matches: 31
  • Minutes played: 2701
  • Duels won per 90 min: 5.4
  • Aerial duels won per 90: 3.47
  • Passing Accuracy: 88.4%
  • Ball Repossessions per 90: 3.63
  • Clearances per 90: 6.76

“From Leeds’ perspective, the desire is clearly for him to stay. He has been a key player for Daniel Farke’s team for several seasons now. Always one of the first names on the team poster – and always solid.

“Leeds are in good form and they hope to reach the FA Cup final. That would be huge for everyone at the club.

“It’s no surprise that clubs are looking at Struijk. He’s a left-footed centre-back and you don’t find many of them – especially with Premier League experience.
